Monfero Rural is a Nature Hotel located in a small area within the Monfero Council called “O Malló”. Is a Grand House dating back to the end of the 19th Century, made of granite slabs and reconstructed to provide all the comfort of today.
The house is very close to the Cistercian Monastery of Monfero (9th Century) and to the Natural Park of Fragas de Eume, one of the best preserved Atlantic forests of Europe, providing multiple opportunities for trekking and active tourism activities. But if it is the beach that you prefer, within a 10 mile range you can reach Miño, Perbes, Pontedeume or Cabanas, with spectacular sandy beaches.
