To enjoy the local gastronomy, we recommend visiting the “Eume canteens”. They are premises involved in the rural tourism of Fragas do Eume. Integrate tradition and modernity, both in the dishes elaborated and in the decoration of the premises.
Pie, ham with turnip tops, zorza, fish and seafood… but also, hunt dishes and other meats such as Cabrito (goat).
Potatoes, “grelos” (turnip tops), honey and cheese are amongst others the traditional ingredients that can be enjoyed in the canteens.
